Production Technician – Wet Process
Status: Full Time
Work Type: In person

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Technician – Wet Process to join a growing team in Blaine, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring chemical processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe production line operations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of chemical process handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor each step of the wet process line to ensure parts meet quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with fellow technicians and Process Managers to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Visually inspect tanks daily and report any issues to management
  • Perform daily start-up procedures for the production line
  • Follow and enforce proper safety procedures throughout the facility
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • U.S. Citizenship or valid Green Card holder (required)
  • General knowledge of chemical process terminology preferred
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow technical processes, procedures, and instructions
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work within standard programs
Working Conditions:
  • Regular lifting of up to 20 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, stooping, and bending throughout the shift
  • Use of hand tools as needed for production tasks
  • Ability to work in environments with different odors (chemical smells may be present)
