Job Title:Production Line Technician
Job Type:Temp to Hire
Location:Blaine, MN
Shift/Hours:2nd shift  3:00pm to 1:30am Mon - Thur
Experience:
Must have line operating/plating experience
Education:HS Diploma/GED Preferred
Salary:2nd shift $24


Description:
1. Experience with both Type II and Type III anodizing.
2. Determining volts and amps to apply to an anodizing load.
3. Determining time an anodizing load needs to run to meet coating thickness requirements.
4. Setting up rectifier controller to anodize parts.
5. Operation of a hoist to move work bars from tank to tank.
6. Experience with dying parts after they have been anodized.
7. Experience with measuring coating thickness.
8. Experience with determining if parts are racked correctly prior to anodizing.
9. Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a line operator role.  
Requirements:1. Ability to read, interpret, and comply with company documents such as safety rules, work policies and procedures.
2. Able to communicate effectively with co-workers in all departments and work together to achieve daily goals.
3. HS Diploma/GED Preferred
4. Must have stable work history, be able to read, write, use a computer, understand, and speak clear English. Must be able to do basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time.
2. Ability to reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time.
3. Ability to use hands and fingers for dexterity related tasks.
4. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
5. Moderate noise levels
