Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Technician | Painter to join a leading metal finishing team in Blaine, MN. This position is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing metal components using techniques such as powder coating or spray painting. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in industrial or auto body painting, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow detailed processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare metal surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and inspection.
• Mix and apply paints, coatings, or finishes according to specifications.
• Operate paint guns, spray booths, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency.
• Maintain clean work areas, paint equipment, and tools.
• Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE and respirators.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
