Production Worker
Status: Full Time
Work Type: In person
Shift: 2:30pm-1:00am M-Thurs.
Pay: $19-21/hr. 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker in Delano, MN. This hands-on role is responsible for accurately operating and maintaining equipment, processing job sheets, and supporting fabrication activities. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to producing high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and execute fabrication drawings, cutting orders, and project documents.
  • Operate and maintain various fabrication equipment with a focus on accuracy and safety.
  • Set up machinery and position materials for processing.
  • Conduct labor transactions and report job details accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S Lean practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Perform basic machine care tasks such as adding coolant and lubricating parts.
  • Assist with material handling and other duties to support production operations.
  • Continuously work to control material, labor, and overhead costs.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Strong practical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to learn and implement training effectively.
  • A team-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Working Conditions:
  • Frequent lifting of 50 lbs. (approx. 20 times per day); team lifts required for items up to 100 lbs.
  • Physically active role involving standing, lifting, and material handling.
