| Description | 1. This person is the main point of contact for clients through the entire project life cycle 2. Build relationships with clients and others on the project 3. Educate clients on display build process 4. Manage client expectations regarding what can be done in comparison to what the budgets are 5. Lead client meetings, gaining understanding of features needing electrical, water, or other special features and how to incorporate them effectively. 6. Lead walk through with client when project is completed 7. Create work flow for team members 8. Follow SRS standard processes 9. Manage vendor agreements and scheduling 10. Represent all members of the project professionally |
| Requirements | 1. Exceptional scheduling and project management skills 2. PMP preferred 3. Expertise with the Office and Google suites 4. Familiarity with fabrication methods preferred 5. Understanding and ability to read blue prints preferred 6. Basic understanding of how electrical and water options can be incorporated into a project 7. Confidently can lead a project from beginning to end 8. Able to travel up to 7 days for a project or about 1 trip every one to two months, trips can be by car or plane within the US or possible International travel (it is confirmed and communicated far in advance) |
