Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team on the weekend shift. This role is responsible for operating punch press or press brake machines, performing inspections, and ensuring that all parts meet quality specifications. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operation experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid understanding of shop math and inspection tools.

• Operate punch press or press brake machinery to produce quality parts
• Inspect finished parts using tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Perform basic shop math to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively and follow work instructions in English
• Maintain productivity during a 12-hour weekend shift
• Operate punch press or press brake machinery to produce quality parts

• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts with regular breaks
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role with demonstrated job stability
• Experience operating punch press or press brake machines
• Experience performing inspections in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong understanding of shop math
• English-speaking
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs safely
• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts with regular breaks
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role with demonstrated job stability
