As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will help ensure products meet quality standards by inspecting parts, analyzing data, and supporting production teams. You'll work with different measuring tools, review inspection procedures, and provide training on quality control processes.

• Inspect Products: Check materials and finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Use Measuring Equipment: Set up and operate inspection tools like CMM, OASIS, and Micro-Vu to check parts.
• Identify Problems: Investigate defective products and help find solutions to prevent future issues.
• Train Team Members: Teach machinists and inspectors how to properly use inspection tools.
• Support Production: Assist different departments with quality-related tasks and analyze data to improve processes.
• Recommend Improvements: Suggest better methods, tools, and procedures to enhance quality.
• Conduct Audits: Review inspection records and ensure processes follow company guidelines.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Either a two-year degree in a related field OR three years of experience as a Machinist, Inspector, Technician, or Tester.
• At least two years of experience in quality control, production, or testing.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic production processes.
• Familiarity with measuring tools, statistical process control (SPC), and quality procedures.
• Computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
