2nd Shift Monday thru Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am (4-day week) 
Experience Level5+ years in metals manufacturing
EducationHigh School Diploma + college degree or equivalent
Salary1st shift $24.00 to $27.00/hr DOQ, 2nd shift $25.50 to $28.50/hr DOQ

Description1. Support and Conduct quality experiments using statistical methods
2. Program/Operate Keyence Imaging system
3. Perform PPAP submissions
4. Perform First articles, Incoming, In-process and Final inspections...
5. Facilitate Corrective / Preventative Actions for suppliers and customers (Internal & External)
6. Write up formal reports per customer specified formats or web pages. (FAIR)
7. Update quality specific work instructions and quality documentation as needed , including Quality Alerts, Control Plans, and Process FMEAs.
8. Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in metal stamping or injection molding

Requirements1. Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in metal stamping or injection molding
2. Ability to read and interpret a variety of blueprints, including GD&T.
3. Knowledge of proper use of various inspection equipment and inspection methods.
4. Knowledge of Calibration Methods and Sampling Methods
5. Knowledge of Gage Capability Studies.
6. Ability to make decisions regarding conformance to specifications.
7. Must have strong Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements1.Ability to sit or stand a minimum of 8 hours per day.
2.Ability to lift 35 pounds.
