| Description | 1. Ensure company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded 2. Initiates corrective actions and investigations of returned items 3. Communicates with multiple parties in the investigation 4. Support Quality Team in information gathering 5. Respond to customers and complete CARs or customer CSARs 6. Initiate customer audits |
| Requirements | 1. High school diploma or GED 2. Must be familiar with PPAP's, IQ, QQ, and PQ's 3. Must be a Citizen of the United States of America or have a current Green Card 4. General computer skills 5. Able to read and understand processes, procedures, and instructions 6. Ability to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the organizations QMS program 7. Must be able to read, wright, and speak clear English 8. Must be familiar with ITAR regulations and ISO9001 2015 standard 9. Must have knowledge of Nedcap and/or ATF |
| Physical Reqs | 1. Able to lift up to 30 lbs 2. Able to use hand tools requiring fine dexterity and precision 3. Stand, sit, walk, stoop, and bend and need requires 4. Able to withstand occasional odors 5. Able to operate all components of a computer |
