| Description | 1. Review, maintain, revise, improve procedures and processes. 2. Ability to audit work areas, and if needed write work instructions 3. Training and making sure employees understand the companies procedures and processes 4. Review all ECO and part revisions 5. Corrective Actions, Root Cause Analysis, Capability Studies, PPAP 6. Customer and vendor contact related to quality issues 7. Responsible for responding to quality questions and concerns 8. Provide direct supervision to the other quality personnel 9. Keep supervisor informed of related quality issues 10. Attend weekly management meetings 11. Provide other support as needed, required or assigned. |
| Requirements | 1. AS9100 experience preferred 2. Proficient in set-up and operations of all inspection equipment 3. Proficient in Gauge R&R and test method validation. 4. Statistical Process Control (SPC) 5. Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) 6. Proficient in mathematical applications: Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, etc. 7. Proficient using computer 8. Must have strong leadership skills 9. CMM experience strongly preferred |
| Physical Requirements | 1. Must be able to operate a computer and all of its components 2. Ability to do all physical tasks involved in a job shop environment |
