Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Forklift Operators with reach truck or stand-up forklift experience for multiple shifts in Otsego, MN. This temp-to-hire opportunity is with a well-respected logistics company that values safety, efficiency, and team growth. Candidates must be experienced with warehouse operations and inventory systems and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate stand-up reach truck forklifts to move and store products
• Load outbound trailers to ensure secure and compliant shipments
• Unload inbound shipments and follow procedures for proper inventory placement
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Utilize barcode scanners and inventory systems to update stock records
• Create shipping documentation and bill product via computer systems
• Fulfill orders and support general warehouse material handling
• Provide internal support and customer service as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of recent stand-up reach truck forklift experience required
• Warehouse material handling and shipping/receiving experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and following written and verbal instructions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers and RF scanning equipment
• Must wear steel toe boots
• Forklift certification is a plus (company will train and certify if needed)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Warehouse material handling and shipping/receiving experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and following written and verbal instructions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers and RF scanning equipment
• Must wear steel toe boots
• Forklift certification is a plus (company will train and certify if needed)

Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods
