Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator with stand-up reach truck experience to join a warehouse team in Otsego, MN. This temp-to-hire weekend position plays a critical role in receiving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate stand-up reach truck forklifts
• Receive, store, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse
• Load outbound trailers to ensure products are secured and meet shipping guidelines
• Unload inbound shipments and place inventory according to warehouse procedures
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Pick, move, and fulfill orders accurately
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to update inventory records
• Create shipping documents and bill product through computer systems
• Provide internal support and customer service as required
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent stand-up reach truck forklift experience required
• Prior warehouse material handling and shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience using RF scan guns
• Forklift certification preferred (company will provide training and certification if needed)
• Steel-toe boots required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse material handling and shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience using RF scan guns
