Position Summary

You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and placing qualified applicants at 100's of top clients throughout Minnesota and neighboring states, sourcing, networking, and connecting with people, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building positive relationships with candidates and clients in a hybrid environment, managing and executing the full-cycle recruitment process, and having strong negotiation skills to sell the job and benefits of working for an organization to candidates.
Responsibilities:
  1. Display a sincere interest in individuals and assist them in finding their ideal employment opportunity.

  3. Identifying, evaluating and placing qualified applicants at 100's of top clients throughout Minnesota and neighboring states.
  4. Sourcing, networking, and connecting with people.
  5. Efficiently carrying out the complete recruitment process using the most optimal approach
  6. Building positive relationships with candidates and clients in a hybrid environment.
  7. Have strong negotiation skills and be able to sell the job and benefits of working for an organization to candidates.
  8. Develop the ability to identify and solve recruitment challenges.
  9. Conducting pre-employment assessments and both virtual and in-person interviews.
  10. Enhancing skills to engage in challenging conversations, understand individuals' backgrounds, and serve as a mentor and job coach.
  11. Participating in team meetings and contributing actively, while demonstrating excellent communication skills with colleagues whether in person or via virtual platforms
  12. Collaborating with existing clients, gaining insight into their processes, and helping to improve and implement recruitment strategies.
  13. Assume responsibility for achieving your objectives and completing your assignments with a sense of ownership.
  14. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize productivity and performance.
  15. Proficiently leverage recruitment software tools and resources.
