Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for Repack positions in Otsego, MN. Key Responsibilities:
- Load bins and handle repackaging of goods according to operational standards.
- Perform general labor tasks including sorting, moving, and disposing of materials.
- Work in a labor-intensive environment with exposure to dust, dirt, and variable temperatures.
- Use a computer system to enter basic information and track product movement.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure safe handling of materials.
- Support team objectives by working efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Must have basic computer skills for data entry.
- Steel toe boots required.
- Strong motivation and work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs periodically.
- Physically active role that requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
- Labor-intensive environment; expect to get dirty/sweaty.
- Exposure to warehouse conditions including noise and temperature variation.
