Our client is a rapidly growing general maintenance company providing maintenance services to multi-family housing and commercial buildings located throughout the metro area.
Description:
You will be working in a variety of location, you may also have some set locations that you are responsible for. You will be receiving work orders from company dispatch to client location and perform on site repairs. Working in apartment buildings doing maintenance work

Tech 2 Job Duties:
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and reliability of critical systems.
  • Complete work orders in a timely fashion for the property management company.
  • Provide a professional, courteous manner with all residents, tenants, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
  • Respond to emergency repair requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and maintain organized records.
  • Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and decommissioning.
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Well-rounded maintenance background including general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills
  • Candidates who are insurable
  • Operate power and hand tools in a safe manner
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Boiler and/or CPO and or/EPA experience is preferred
  • Must be able to provide own (basic) tools: power drill, tape measure, screwdrivers, hammer, etc
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional: Lifting of 50-100 pounds.
  • Frequent: Lifting of 25-50 pounds.
  • Constant: Lifting of 5-20 pounds.
  • Standing, sitting, squatting, bending, and occasional climbing.
