Description
As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of restoration and mitigation tasks to restore properties to their pre-loss condition. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
 
Requirements
  • Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes
  • Conduct fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization
  • Assist with storm damage cleanup and restoration
  • Conduct demolition and debris removal as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to utilize appropriate protective clothing and accessories as needed to protect from fumes, weather elements and equipment.
  • Must be able to read Material Safety Data Sheets
