Job Summary
A rapidly expanding manufacturer of architectural metal products in Rogers, MN is seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join their production team. This position is ideal for someone experienced with robotic welding systems and automation processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting up robotic welders, inspecting weld quality, interpreting blueprints, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone experienced with robotic welding systems and automation processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting up robotic welders, inspecting weld quality, interpreting blueprints, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate robotic welding systems for aluminum and stainless steel components
• Load/unload parts into fixtures and monitor robotic weld cycles for proper operation
• Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections to ensure weld quality meets specifications
• Make adjustments to robotic parameters or perform minor programming tweaks as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications
• Perform basic maintenance on robotic welding equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout all tasks
• Assist in other shop areas or welding tasks as production needs change

• Basic understanding of welding automation programming and troubleshooting
• Must provide basic tools: tape measure, calipers, dead blow hammer, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work overtime as needed
