Location: Rogers, MN | In-Office | M–F, 8am–5pm
Type: Full-Time, Salaried (Base $45K-$55K) + Commission

About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic recruiter, a true people connector, who thrives on making meaningful matches between talent and opportunity. If you’re energized by relationships, love a fast-paced environment, and want to make a difference one person at a time, this is your calling.

As a People Connector at The Vision Companies, you’ll source, engage, and place candidates for light industrial and skilled trade roles across top-tier companies in Minnesota and beyond. From full-cycle recruiting to coaching candidates and collaborating with clients, you’ll drive impact and fuel success with every placement.

What You'll Do:
  • Build relationships that go beyond resumes
  • Source and place candidates in light industrial and skilled trades roles
  • Sell job opportunities with passion and purpose
  • Conduct interviews (in person + virtual), assessments, and job coaching
  • Collaborate with clients to improve recruitment strategies
  • Manage your desk like a business and own your results
You Bring:
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience (manufacturing is a plus)
  • Passion for people, growth, and making an impact
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and tech skills
  • A professional presence and positive mindset
