Job Title: Rotary Rule Processor
Status: Full Time
Work Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 12:00pm–8:30pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a Rotary Rule Processor to join a growing manufacturing team in Blaine, MN. In this role, you will work with electronic CAD files and operate specialized processing machines to bend and bridge rotary rule parts. You will be responsible for loading and unloading large rotary rule cassettes, monitoring machines throughout the process, and preparing rule components for installation into rotary cutting dies. This is a hands-on position ideal for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy working with technology and precision equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Open and work from electronic CAD files to process rotary rule parts.
Load and unload large rotary rule cassettes into processing machines.
Operate machinery that bends and bridges rule parts for use in rotary cutting dies.
Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure accuracy and quality.
Prepare and stage rule components for die installation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

Basic computer skills; ability to work with electronic CAD files.
Mechanical aptitude with interest in machine operation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Manual dexterity for handling and positioning rule parts and tools.
