Job Summary:
Join The Vision Companies as a Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience in business development within the staffing industry. In this role, you’ll research and generate leads, support client outreach, and learn from experienced sales professionals while contributing directly to company growth. Flexible hours are available to accommodate school commitments.

In this role, you’ll research and generate leads, support client outreach, and learn from experienced sales professionals while contributing directly to company growth. What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify prospective businesses and key contacts.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking events.
- Enter activity into CRM and maintain accurate lead lists.
- Assist with scheduling client meetings and preparing sales materials.
- Shadow sales staff during client visits and attend weekly sales meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and confident starting conversations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and professionalism.
