Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper to join a well-established manufacturing team. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing domestic and international shipments accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety and organization. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, values precision, and takes pride in supporting production and customer delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, package, and label shipments according to customer and carrier requirements
• Coordinate and complete domestic and international shipping documentation
• Verify shipment quantities, accuracy, and condition of outgoing material
• Operate computers and shipping systems to process orders and print labels
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain and track shipping data
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety procedures
• Support inventory and material handling as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous shipping experience in a manufacturing environment required
• International shipping experience preferred
• Intermediate PC skills; ability to navigate multiple systems and use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and written instructions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive “can-do” attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
Working Conditions:
This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment requiring standing for long periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in a fast-paced setting. Safety and accuracy are top priorities. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
