| Description: | Complete shipping process for both Domestic and International Shipments. Direct contact with customers via phone and email regarding shipments and expedites. Process orders and maintain Intercompany Kanban site including order entry. 1. International and domestic shipments 2. Order processing 3. New account set up 4. Communicate to customer service and operations departments 5. Seek ways to continuously improve 6. Prepare all necessary documents to ensure compliance regulations are met |
