Assembler / Shop Helper
Status: Full Time
Work Type: In person
Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm M-F 
Pay: $20-23/hr 

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Assembler/Shop Helper to join a dynamic team in Rogers, MN. This position involves working with steel parts, performing assembly tasks, and supporting various areas of the shop. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble steel parts using hand tools and shop equipment
  • Support operations across different departments within the shop
  • Working in the lamination department as well
  • Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adapt to changing tasks and priorities as required
Qualifications:
  • Previous assembly experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work overtime and shift between tasks as needed
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to stand throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Fast-paced and physically demanding shop environment
