Job Summary:
The Shop Helper supports daily production and shipping operations by inspecting, packaging, and preparing finished parts for shipment. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team-driven manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect finished parts from paint, powder coat, and foam production lines
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Package parts accurately and securely for shipment
• Prepare and organize products for outgoing deliveries
• Assist production and warehouse teams with general shop tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
