Description
Out client seeking reliable and experienced Snowplow Drivers to join our team for the winter season, ensuring safe and timely snow removal from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.     The primary responsibility of this role is Snowplow operation.  During periods of no snow, the role shifts to property maintenance.  Our client is seeking a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep, functionality, and overall appearance of our properties. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, tenants, or customers. 
Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License is mandatory (CDL Preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including during emergency snow events.
  • Available on-call for snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects
  • Preform routine maintenance and projects
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely
  • Stand, move, lift repetitively throughout the day
