Are you a relationship-driven professional who excels at connect people with opportunity? We're seeking a Staffing Sales Representative to expand and strengthen partnerships with businesses across the Twin Cities. In this role, you'll open new opportunities, collaborate with key decision-makers, and play a direct role int he success of both clients and candidates. This position goes beyond traditional sales, it's about creating the right connections and building long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing business by connecting with new companies and introducing our staffing solutions
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients to become their go-to partner
- Attending networking events, site visits, and community activities to expand your reach
- Collaborating with recruiters and account managers to deliver great results for clients
- Keeping client information, updates, and plans organized in our system
- Representing our brand at local events and within the community
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven sales experience (staffing, light industrial, or skilled trades a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people
- Highly motivated, organized, and resilient
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for daily travel in the Twin Cities
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend networking events
