Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Developer III to play a key role in advancing our client’s technology initiatives. In this senior-level position, you will design, develop, and optimize complex integration solutions that support critical business operations. Beyond hands-on development, you’ll also guide and mentor junior developers, establish best practices, and help shape secure, scalable, and high-performing integration architectures. Responsibilities
• Design and develop complex, secure, and scalable integration solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members on integration design and best practices.
• Establish and maintain technical documentation and integration standards.
• Build reusable, efficient, and well-documented integration components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical integrations.
• Create and execute test plans to validate performance and reliability.
• Maintain and support integration platforms, including upgrades and enhancements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve high-level integration issues.
• Stay informed on emerging tools and practices to improve the team’s effectiveness.
• Occasionally work outside standard business hours as needed.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Mentor and support junior team members on integration design and best practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in integration development.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Skilled in automating deployments and platform operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight.
• 5+ years of experience in integration development.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
