| Description: | 1. Store and retrieve production tools and accessories 2. Tooling inventory control 3. Prep outgoing tooling for production use 4. Re-inventory tooling coming in from production and inspect for damage 5. Tool/fixture building and/or repair 6. Design secondary fixtures with input from Engineering/Production and Tool Room Supervisor 7. Repair damaged or unsafe tooling based on input from Tool Room Supervisor or Tool Room Lead |
| Requirements: | 1. Know how to read blueprints 2.1-2 year of related work experience in assembly, inspection, set up, repair and/or troubleshooting of tooling, molds and related accessories OR Disassembly/assembly/repair of mechanical components 3.Working knowledge of hand tools, gauges, and other indicators to ensure tooling is working properly 4. Must be familiar with machine ship equipment |
| Physical Requirements: | 1. Lift and maneuver 60lbs throughout the day 2. Stand for majority of the shift 3. Some tasks necessitate repetitive motion of the hands 4. Tolerate noise, fumes, gasses, and dust (not constant) 5. Reach above and below shoulder level |
