Job Summary:
Our client, a trusted distributor with a strong track record of reliability and growth, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their team in Rogers, MN. This hands-on role includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and stocking inventory with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a productive and organized warehouse environment.

This hands-on role includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and stocking inventory with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a productive and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments and match items to delivery receipts
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Accurately pick orders by part number and quantity
- Pack and palletize orders to prevent damage in transit
- Prepare accurate shipping documents including weight, count, and freight details
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely shipments
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Ability to learn new tasks and adjust to changing priorities
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and/or move up to 70 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching
