Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with Forklift experience for a temporary position with the potential for permanent hire. This role supports warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with Forklift experience for a temporary position with the potential for permanent hire. This role supports warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack materials accurately
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
- Operate stand-up forklift or hand truck to move materials to appropriate storage areas
- Assist with routine cycle counts and inventory control
- Use Microsoft-based systems to manage inventory data
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of stand-up forklift experience (required)
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Prior warehouse experience (required)
- Familiarity with barcode scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements:
- Must wear steel-toed footwear while on duty
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of performing all physical tasks required by warehouse duties
