| Company Info: | Our client is an efficient, quality millwork distributor in the NW Metro. They are looking for someone to help run the Warehouse in the Pre Finish department. |
| Description: | 1.Working in the Pre finished department helping control inbound and outbound of finished and pre finished material 2.This candidate will be responsible for in processing orders coming in, sending everything out to the finisher also receiving everything in as well 3. Some lifting and loading of orders (lifting and lowering of doors, millwork and lumber) 4.Paperwork to keep track of Orders, Mandatory reviewing of orders for completeness 5.Daily Filing, File all delivery tickets by ship to location and maintain files quarterly. 6.Reviews purchase orders and order cycle for quantity discrepancies prior to receiving product into the system for interiors, exterior, wood trim and steel doors 7.Performs inventory receiving process daily in a timely, accurate manner 8.Works with warehouse staff and vendors to resolve variances between receiving paperwork and purchase orders. |
| Requirements: | 1.Very good Attention to Detail 2.Very Organized 3.Sharp Minded 4. Previous Shipping experience would be helpful |
| Physical Requirements: | 1.Candidates will be standing and moving around all day 2.Must be able to lift up to 60lbs periodically, 25lbs frequently 3.Exposed to vibration, noise, and temperature changes |
