DescriptionOur customer picks and puts away small parts in their 100k square foot warehouse - shipping and expediting materials to their customer for next day needs only across upper Midwest and Canada.

Successful candidates will prioritize safety, teamwork, quality and velocity.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Utilizing heavy equipment, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes
* Perform material handling and warehousing functions
* Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies
* Operating automated packaging equipment, paint line operation, shipping and receiving


Requirements

  4. Utilize computer for onboarding
Physical Requirements
  1. Ability to frequently lift and carry product weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
  2. Ability to push / pull product weighing up to 50 pounds for intervals of 10-15 minutes
  3. Work at heights of up to 30 feet from the floor
  4. Ability to drive order picker, reach truck and / or sit-down forklifts after training period
  5. Ability to climb on and off order picker, reach truck and / or sit-down forklifts multiple times per day
  6. Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
  7. Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation
  8. Ability to stand up to 8+ hours per day on concrete floor with or without limited movement
  9. Ability to climb up and down ladders of 6 feet with handrails
  10. Ability to work in an environment with noise levels averaging up to 85 db per 8 hours
  11. Ability to work overtime as requested by employer
  12. \Able to complete training on a computer when required (this is primarily for safety and job-related training)
**Required Personal Protective Equipment: hearing protection, safety glasses, steel toed/metatarsal foot gear, bump caps and protective material handling equipment including safety/fall harness.
