Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm M-F
Pay: $23-30/hr 

Job Summary:
A rapidly growing manufacturer of architectural metal products in Rogers, MN is seeking an experienced Aluminum/Stainless Steel Welder to join their team. This role requires advanced skills in MIG and TIG welding, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative shop environment. The ideal candidate will bring precision, adaptability, and their own set of hand tools to help produce high-quality custom components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG and some TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure dimensional and structural accuracy
  • Assemble and fabricate metal parts according to job specifications
  • Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, squares, protractors, and tape measures
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all work
  • Rotate between tasks based on workload and shop requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience welding aluminum and/or stainless steel
  • Skilled in MIG and TIG welding techniques
  • Previous experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry preferred
  • Fluency in blueprint reading and part layout interpretation required
  • Must provide personal tools: protractor, square, dial caliper, tape measure, scribe, and dead blow hammer
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work
  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to different shop tasks as needed
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Physically demanding work with prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting
  • Indoor shop environment with exposure to noise, heat, and welding fumes
